Seasonal Availability

The images of products in our online catalogue are provided to illustrate the colour and style you can expect from your bouquet or arrangement, and should be considered a guide only. While every attempt will be made to use the flowers pictured, some varieties are subject to seasonal availability or other factors outside of our control. Should the variety of flower or vessel pictured be unavailable, our florists will select a suitable substitute that maintains the overall tone and design of your arrangement.

Delivery Policy

Same day delivery is available for orders to most Metropolitan Melbourne addresses if placed prior to 12pm on weekdays. Saturday deliveries are recommended to be placed the day before, and may incur additional weekend delivery charges. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays (with the exception of local deliveries on Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day), and we do not deliver on public holidays. We recommend that orders to funeral services or other timed events be placed the day prior at the latest, so as to ensure the flowers arrive at the designated time. Orders to business will be delivered no later than 5pm, but we are unable to guarantee specific times for non-funeral deliveries.

In the event that there is nobody home to receive a delivery, the ordered item(s) will be left in a safe place away from the elements. Should a suitably secure location be unavailable, or the courier is unable to access the property due to locked gates or security doors, the order may be returned to the store and attract additional delivery charges. As such, we strongly recommend providing a contact number for the recipient, allowing us to organise property access or appropriate delivery times without incurring additional fees.

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of our flowers. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the flowers you’ve received – and the flowers have received appropriate care in the interim – we are happy to provide a replacement. In such cases, we require notification within 3 days of the flowers being delivered or purchased, and the product in question must be returned to the store for inspection by our staff. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for matters of personal flower or styling preference.
